stupid title… anyway there will be a cosplay event at ngee ann poly on the 26th of jan 08. Gargh, just read what it says in the above image.

Umm… read about this from this SGCafe thread. This is their official website.Whether i’m going or not will depend on my other “appointments”. If you can’t see where block 1 is on whatever map you’re using, i pointed it out below

some rules i read online (some were quite amusing to me)

1.1 Basic house Rules [UPDATED:22/12/07]

* ANY unlawful acts such as vandalizing of school properties, theft and etc will be handed over to school disciplinary, campus security or the police.

* Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Japanese Tsubasa Club will NOT be liable for any loss or damage of belongings E.g. merchandise, costume, props, dollfies, bags, etc during the event.

* NO explicit photography is allowed. E.g. Hentai/yaoi/yuri

* Punctuality would be appreciated if you have signed up for competitions. Involved parties are encouraged to register at least 30 minutes before the allocated time slots. JTC has the rights to disqualify any late comers unless it is due to technical problems on our side.

* There will be rooms prepared to store belongings. The rates are not finalized yet but will be in the range between $2 to $3.

• No smoking at the event area and in NP campus.

and of course there are rules for photography too…

• The NP atrium is quite dark if the sky is overcast / cloudy. Please bring your own flash.

• Photography is not limited to the event areas. Shooting outside the areas are at your own risk.

• Please seek permission from the cosplayers before taking any photos.

• Cosplayers have the right to deny requests for photo-taking.

• NP and JTC do not disregard professional photographers and/or commercial entities offering their business cards. Should you decide to accept the cards, we claim NO responsibility for what may happen.

• Attempts to take unlawful photographs (E.g. upskirt, voyeur etc.), if discovered, will be handed to the police. If you see anyone attempting the above, please report to the JTC officials or helpers.
